At the moment we are looking for the following candidate: 

Support Engineer (m/f) – Linda-a-velha

- Degree (BSc, MSc) in technology-related degrees: Software Engineering, Computer;

- Science, Telecommunications, Network, and other related areas;

- 2+ years of experience in both technology and customer-facing roles (e.g. Technical Support, Consultant, etc.)

- Knowledge of Databases from both the administration and development point of Views (DB Administration, DB Development, SQL Server and Oracle);

- Knowladge in .NET, Java, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, iOS native (Objective C, XCode), Android Native (Java, Android Studio), Cordova/PhoneGap, React, HTML, OutSystems and CSS is a plus;

- Knowledge of Infrastructure assets relevant for an architecture supporting a Web App: (IIS, JBoss, Containers, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud);

- Knowledge related to troubleshooting performance issues and identifying performance bottlenecks;

- Knowledge of Computer Network and protocols such as: Web Security (SSL, HTTPS,), Computer Network, AD/LDAP and Network assets (Load Balancer, Reverse Proxy, Firewall, etc.);

- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written;

- Good communication skills and;

- Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
