Description

Noesis is seeking a Support Engineer, for that unique professional who thrives on solving problems and is excited about taking on new challenges. There is the need for a capacity to keep up with new technology and support of a transformation program. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective time management, and unbeatable customer service with exceptional communication skills.

 

Profile:

 

 

  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist troubleshooting of a wide range of information systems and applications
  • Knowledge with Support / Corrective maintenance
  • Daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis and problem creation.
  • Technical experience in support in Java APIs (Plus)
  • Technical experience in support in Angular, Java, SqlServer, Html, Javascript, CSS (Plus)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills also in English, Spanish is considered a Plus.
