Role:
As a Support Engineer, you will integrate a highly dynamic and demanding team responsible for the delivery of the L2 and L3 support for several Online related applications. 

Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes;
- Familiarity with one, or more, shell environments (BASH, sh, tcsh, ksh, etc);
- Experience with Linux script-based development environments and tools;
- Knowledge of DevOps Methodology;
- Experience with Java programming language;
- Hands-on experience with AWS.

Soft Skills:
- Strong communications skills;
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills;
- Passion for technology and customer support;
- Intermediate English Language skills.

Main activities:
- Incident management;
- Complex incident and Resolution;
- Deployment support;
- Monitoring activities as required to ensure the production environment is operating as expected;
- On-call support;
- Bug Fixing.
