Key Techs:

• Web Development or Customer Support experience
• Basic knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Experience in researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
