We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer for a long term role in a project in Lisbon.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- University level in a computer science or technology program, both in software as in end user hardware;
- 2 years experience in Service Desk position in an international environment;
- ITIL awareness is a strong plus;
- Experience in Google Suite;
- Experience in conferencing technologies (Zoom, Google Meets);
- Experience in Mac and/or Windows configurations;
-Experience in Google Workspace, Atlassian products is a strong plus;
- Curious about new technologies; proactively searching the market for solutions;
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently;
-Available for Us Shifts (1pm - 10pm) Monday to Friday;
- English fluency.
