Support Engineer (Azure Platform)

Profile:

- 2+ years of experience as Support Engineer (customer, technical and/or billing support role);

- Experience with Azure Fundamentals (Cloud Concepts, Azure Networking) e Azure Active Directory Fundamentals (eg: User, Group, Domain Management);

- Strong Knowledge in Azure Platform;

- Good Knowledge in Windows Active Directory Services and Windows Networking;

- Good Knowledge Office 365 Management;

- Fluent in English;

- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team;

- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;

- Excellent communication ability;

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
