Role

We are looking for a Support Engineer to be responsible for technical components of a customer integration project including but not limited configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support. 

Furthermore, you will review configurations with our Professional Service team members to ensure quality and accuracy to requirements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies (especially HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Experience with web programming experience with HTTP technologies (REST, cookies/sessions, HTML, JavaScript), including a working knowledge of web application development and integration (e.g., REST, SOAP, J2EE, PHP) and related tools (cURL, Postman).
• We valorize knowledge on a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and related professional work experience, such as customer support or web development. 
• We also valorize knowledge in one or more core technologies in application security and bot management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
