What is your mission:
Novabase Neotalent is looking for a Support Analyst to integrate a project with Novabase in Lisbon. 

The role of this team consists into taking part in:                             
•    1st  level and 2nd level support to the operational teams in different Locations
•    Developing a good understanding of the existing applications (functional and technical)
•    Monitoring production environments and proactively implement actions to ensure its good health
•    Be involved in change workflows
•    Taking in charge all the support requests raised by ticketing by users located worldwide.
•    Participate in meetings to discuss with different agents by providing the technical perspective 
•    Answering to the requests with a good level of quality and respecting priorities and deadlines
•    Be able to suggest improvements to the Support Activity 


The talent that we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Production Support;
• Work experience with Linux or Unix;
• Work experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English is mandatory.
•  Availability to perform On Call Duties / Weekend interventions on a rotational team basis.
