We are looking for a Support Analyst for a long term role in Porto.
 

Requirements and Experience:

- Working experience of 4+ years as a Support Analyst;
- Very good educational background in IT or related field;
- Experience in SQL;
- Experience on writing documentation and on tracking and reporting Project progress;
- Good analytical skills: resourcefulness, initiative, the maturity of judgment;
- Self-motivated, versatile and adaptable to different cultures and people;
- Applies innovation and creativity to problem-solving;
- Detailed oriented and should have good planning skills;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
