We are looking for a Support Analyst for a project based in Porto, Portugal.


PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Degree in Computer Science;
General knowledge and capabilities with Windows & Unix, shell-scripting, SQL, VBA & XML;
Excellent written and analytical skills, with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of payment system transaction flows; understanding of electronic banking
ITIL/ServiceNow knowledge
