What you will be doing:

You will be the initial point of contact in the Service Management team as the frontline staff. By contacting  directly to you, is expected to either correct the problem or refer to the appropriate team to Support.

  • Ensure that all support tickets are handled effectively
  • Writing e-mails to different teams to check status from the ongoing tasks
  • Organize the appropriate resources to deliver solutions in the fastest time possible
  • Maintain a log of any ticket and all iterations from internal and external teams
  • Produce reporting information for clients to a high quality and to a deadline.
     

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge and experience working and support cloud based services
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Passion for great technology and user experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinker, team player
  • Eligible to work in Portugal
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering or similar.
     

What would be a plus:

  • Agile & Scrum practice and experience.
