Job Description

  • Provide effective support and supervision of applications
  • Process the alarms reported in accordance with the current service contract
  • Participate in the definition and evolution of the technical supervision solution
  • Analyze, diagnose and track incidents until resolved
  • Adapt and propose areas for improvement on existing tasks, processes and tools
  • Train newcomers and users to get started with software
  • Users Management (Creation, Update, deletion)
  • SQL Replication events analysis
  • Follow and monitor Poseidon critical file Generation
  • Settings, Deals treatments, Data Extraction

 

Qualifications

• English speaker is mandatory
• Unix- Experienced
• SQL - PL/SQL (Sybase)- Experienced
