Location: Lisbon

Profile required:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in computer science, information systems or a related technical discipline is desired;
  • 3 - 6 years of customer-facing support engineer or development experience;
  • Knowledge of VM support;
  • Strong knowledge SQL Cloud/SQL Server/Azure;
  • Knowledge of Open-source Databases;
  • Full Professional Proficiency of English language both verbal & written is mandatory.

Required skills:

  • Customer support experience;
  • Trace analysis and debug skills;
  • SQL Server.
