What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of SQL Database Administration in Linda Velha area.

As a Product Support Database Administrator, your day to day will look like:
• Troubleshoot problems involving our client technology and databases, identifying the cause and actions to overcome them and either implementing or assisting other technical teams on implementation of such actions;
• Create and improve tools and scripts to enable support engineers to troubleshoot problems involving databases without involvement of a DBA;
• Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis of past problems;
• Identify improvement opportunities in our client use of database technology to feedback into the client development lifecycle;
• Identify improvement opportunities in our client logging and troubleshooting tools for faster correction of issues related to databases;
• Participate in implementing of improvements to our client use of database technology with product development teams;
• Interact with many different people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures.

The talent we are looking for:
• Minimum of 4 years significant experience in SQL Server administration;
• Solid background in Oracle and SQL Server Administration, including writing and analysis of T-SQL/PLSQL queries, interpreting query execution plans and suggesting improvements to them.
• Experience with AWS RDS and their differences to the standalone SQL Server and Oracle installations;.
• Tech savviness and drive to solve complex problems, even if beyond the usual scope of their work.
• Ability to deconstruct problems in smaller pieces.
• Interest in communicating with different cultures (fluency in English).
