• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an application support and incident management;
• Experience working with SQL Server and Mongo DB;
• Previous experience with PHP and C#;
• Skills in Azure;
• Knowledge in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Good English level.
