Profile Description:

-          Execute SAP CRM configuration tasks as needed.

-          Consult as needed on SAP Security, batch jobs, interfaces, master data, etc. with users and technical resources as relates to SAP CRM.

-          Provide complex/difficult Level 2 and 3 support issues, for users for SAP CRM.

-          Manage small regional/local projects as required.

-          Intermediate to advanced experience in SAP CRM configuration and technology.

-          Specific experience with Campaign Management, Segmentation Builder, Contact and Account Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Territory Management, and Interaction Center Management

-          Experience/exposure to Mobile CRM applications

Additional Information:

-          English mandatory.

-          Availability to live abroad or travel in other countries.
