Passionate Sourcing Specialist

As a sourcing specialist, you will be responsible for expanding the commercial part of the business as well as sourcing candidates for  projects. To be successful in the role, it is required that after a smooth onboarding, you are ready to take on the role of sourcing specialist and create value for customers and consultants.

Your key tasks will be:

• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define crystal-clear job requirements to target right candidates
• Search and identify suitable candidates through databases, online recruitment platforms, social media, etc.
• Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Deliver high-quality consultants within tight time frames, to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Have a commercial mindset and a direct approach, to see opportunities in your dialogues with existing customers, which leads to you maintaining and expanding relationships.
• Promote a strong and positive experience, for the client and the candidate, throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

You.

You are comfortable working in an international and fast paced environment. You are an energetic and positive self-starter and thrive in a high-speed environment. Your great communication skills and service mindset make you a recognized preferred partner for clients and hiring managers. You thrive working independently, but are also a strong collaborator.

This probably means that you have 2+ years of experience in sourcing candidates and expanding commercial relationships. You are analytical and independent in your decisions, which means that you have delivered great results in your previous roles.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience is preferable
• Fluent in English, since this is our corporate language
• Most importantly you have a passion for recruitment, and positive approach with a “fire in your eyes”.
