Who you are:

- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Engineering;

- Worked in software development projects for at least 8 years;

- Participated in defining applications’ architecture;

- Available to work in Lisbon;

- Very good communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Required experience:

- A background in software Architecture/engineering, software design or database design and architecture;

- Experience of the following is highly desirable: .NET, Delphi, REST, XQuery, XPATH, XSLT, JMS, memcache/redis cache, Apache HTTP server, Tomcat/IIS, MySQL, Javascript/jQuery, AZURE;

- Experience working with structured data formats (e.g. RDF, JSON, XML);

- Experience in defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable web architectures, message driven workflow and Supplier management;

- Experience with chunked HTTP media delivery formats and designing or implementing public facing REST APIs.

Nice to have:

- Demonstrable experience developing software in a SOA paradigm;

- In-depth knowledge of large scale database;

- Good technical knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc);

- Analytical and Strategic thinking;

- Influencing and persuading.
