Randstad Professionals - Software Validation Engineer (m/f)

Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a client that acts in the providing automation and manufacturing software for high-tech industries such as photovoltaics, electronics and semiconductors and wants to reinforce its structure with a Software Validation Engineer (m/f).

This role includes the following tasks:

- Analyze and validate users stories and/use cases/requirements and system specifications;
- Execute different levels of testing from the point of view of the user / customer;
- Develop and optimize testing and validation strategies;
- Collaborate closely with other team members in the product development process;
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed;
- Detect and track software defects and help in the troubleshooting process;
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the agile product lifecycle.

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:

- Degree in IT or similar area;
- More than 3 years of experience in Software Development;
- Experience with C# / .NET development;
- Experience with source control tools (preferably Git);
- Good knowledge of software architecture and software development processes;
- Good knowledge of relational database concepts and T-SQL;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
