We are looking for passionate Senior Team Leader for the CxSAST R&D group.

CxSAST is an accurate and flexible Source Code Analysis Solution that automatically scans un-compiled/un-built code and identifies hundreds of security vulnerabilities in the most prevalent coding languages.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer, to join our growing team.

Company's engine group is the core team behind Company's source code analysis technology.

The group is responsible for developing the algorithms that automatically analyze software source code searching for security vulnerabilities that could be exploited by hackers.

Currently our SAST product supports +20 programming languages and +50 frameworks.

Principais responsabilidades

Conducting and coordinating software R&D activities of large scale enterprise product

Building and leading a multidisciplinary team of 5-10 software engineers

Coaching, training and developing the people in the team

Pushing product innovation

Cooperation with local and remote multi-geo R&D and non-R&D teams, while keeping high visibility and effective communication

Performing effective and detailed project planning, identifying risks and building mitigation plan

Setting high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and insuring high quality

Perfil desejado

Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering

At least 3-5 years of experience in software development

Experience leading software R&D team within global organization

Strong leadership skills. Ability to motivate and develop people

Independent and flexible to changes

Strong background in C#, .NET and related technologies. Significant exposure to other technologies. Software security a plus

Solid understanding of OOP, REST APIs and other software engineering concepts

Strong application architecture understanding, awareness, and proven practice

Understanding and experience developing in modern Agile environment (Continuous Integration, TDD, etc.)

Ability and will to influence - setting an agenda and striving to reach it. Results orientation

Strong team player
