The role of a support engineer will be to provide 2nd
level support via ticketing and handle 3rd level projects and tasks.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure satisfaction, technical support and smooth operations by supporting the business for any issues concerning software environment;
- Strive for excellent customer service while taking a detailed oriented approach to addressing customer needs quickly and efficiently.

requisitos/requirements
What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
- 2-5 years' experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer for Level 2 support.
- Strong experience in ticketing (request vs incident)
- Experience in improving internal SLA of open tickets and resolution time
