Our client is a multinational company and is looking for a Software Engineer, PHP for Lisbon.


descrição da função/job description
Participate in full software development life cycle from design through implementation
Work with product owners, and other software engineers to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans.
Design, prototype and author code for software components and applications and optimize them for system performance
Continuously seek to improve quality of software deliverables by applying craftmanship techniques and prioritizing quality and security over rapidity
Follow guidance from Agile Team Managers on the methodologies used for Software development
Follow guidance from Product managers on the deliverables to be produced
Work along with onshore and offshore development team members with regards to sprint planning, release planning, and work prioritization across the portfolio
Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective integration with business operations, technical operations and other systems
Perform root cause analysis of technical issues and participate in remediation of incidents

requisitos/requirements
Education preferred: Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional trainings
Certifications preferred: AWS developer

Special Requirements:
3 years’ experience in web development is required with PHP
Experience with Single Page Applications Frameworks, VUEJS preferred
Experience with REST API development required
Experience with container platforms required
Experience with CI pipelines required
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Developer Testing Practices (JUnit, Cypress etc.) and understands the difference between Unit, Functional and system tests.
Security Clearance Required
Travel Frequency: Occasionally for short durations (client meetings, teams workshops…)
