To reinforce our teams, we are recruiting a Senior Software Engineer.

What profile are we looking for to join our team?

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• + 4 years of professional experience in software development with .NET;
• Strong experience in building distributed systems;
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, performance analysis, scalability and availability standards;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, listening and decision making skills, with strong ability and passion to interact with engineering and business teams;
• Good knowledge of English;

Will also be valued:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices;
• Good understanding of the Code's Quality Assurance concepts;
• Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, ElasticSearch;
• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ;
• Experience with GraphQL;
• Experience with BPMN and DMN;
• Experience with Azure and AWS.

What will be your responsibilities and main challenges?

• Ensure the quality, technical and functional requirements of different projects;
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications;
• Integrate software components and third-party programs;
• Verify and deploy programs and systems;
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software;
• Gather and evaluate user feedback;
• Recommend and execute improvements;
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Location

This is a partially remote work position, so you will can work remotely and also at our offices in Lisbon or Aveiro.
