Main Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, interpreting and analysing formal and informal requirements
  Contribute in the design and construction of the company data driven solutions
• Collect, store, process, and stream data, both structured and unstructured
• Design, implement, test and deploy automated scripts and processes in order to structure internal data and feed external systems.
• Act as first line in identifying issues that impact availability

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Linux operation system (OS, networking, process level)
• Fluent in at least one scripting language is mandatory (Shell, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Experience building data processing pipelines using continuous integration tools is mandatory
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server is mandatory
• Understanding of more programming languages are valued (Java, C++, C#, Python)
• Experience with Cassandra, MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL databases is a plus
• Experience developing in an Agile environment is a plus
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus
• Experience creating and driving large scale ETL pipelines is a plus
• Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of building data pipelines experience or equivalent
