Function Description

We are looking for a software engineer responsible for maintaining existing and futures INSIA projects and products,

contributing with expertise to apply the best standards. Also will be responsible for the design and plan of new features, architecture, and maintenance technical documentation. Supervising junior engineers can be applied to the profiles that show that capability, which will allow growing leadership skills with the support of INSIA management.

Responsibilities

● Frontend and backend development of websites and applications;

● Responsible for all development life cycle of products, including compiling and deployment;

● Proficiency in creating and maintaining databases;

● Working on bug fixes with quality assurance team;

● Responsible for supporting the product team on the estimation of the backlog, sprints, and deliveries;

● Able to work independently and as part of a team;

● Compliance with tight deadlines.

Requirements

● Knowledge of Atlassian Software (Jira, Confluence, Service Management);

● Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and processes;

● Proficiency in .NET, Java, PHP, or similar is required;

● Knowledge of SQL;

● Experience of web languages and tools, such as Html, CSS, javascript;

● Knowledge of Git and Git Workflow;

● Insight in analyzing and solving problems;

● Solid knowledge of the software development process and its technologies;

● Ability to meet deadlines and think strategically;

● Strong written and verbal communication skills;

● Experience with MSSQL and MS SQL Server is a plus;

● Experience with API is a plus;

● Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus.
