lead the design, development and implementation of new solutions, with scalability, performance, deployment/operation and end-user experience in mind.
integrate solution development using git and CI, initial testing of the generated code before it is integrated into larger tests for the entire solution;
produce both external documentation for the end-users but also internal documentation for other departments that need to support the solution;
be the example of what you want to see in your team in coding standards and behavior.
help your team learn how to work within Agile.
mentor team members into becoming better developers.

requisitos/requirements
7 years of relevant work experience;
At least 2 years of experience as a team lead;
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
Experienced, proficient developer of industry-grade applications;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET platform: C# recent versions, Visual Studio, ASP.NET;
Proficiency in English.

It is not mandatory but it is a plus to have knowledge in:
SCM with Git; JIRA; Gitlab;
Working knowledge of cryptography
