An excellent opportunity has arisen for an tech savvy, to play an groundbreaking role within an organization.

The mission is to provide guidance to the IT community as well to create a coders' community, leveraging on our toolchain, to define, share and coach about the best practices on how to create great, reliable and secure code.

You’ll have to work on the definition and implementation of the Craftsmanship Program with the program leader in Paris, be the focal point of contact of project teams, gather their needs and make them grow while promoting workshops, coaching and training them.

You’ll need to develop a global community around software development best practices, obtain a very good understanding on the company's organization and be able to challenge it!

Be the driver for the change and adoption of best practices in software development and respective tools, develop and gather indicators to measure and show the program progression and be proactive in continuous process improvement!

Are you the one?

You must have…

• English Proficiency;
• The ideal candidate should have over 6 years in development experience and should be comfortable to host workshops and coaching sessions.
• Excellent communication skills, be able and comfortable to be a coach/trainer
• Knowledge in software development best practices (Design Patterns, TDD, BDD, coding conventions, continuous integration)
• Test frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit and JMeter)
• Experience in Java and Java frameworks
• Highly motivated to support change and face adversity
• Work well with multicultural teams and location
• Experience in Agile context
• Knowledge in Continuous Integration best practices
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Angular/nodeJS nice-to-have
