Job Profile

Euronext Technologies delivers all core trading applications used to run Euronext markets, International Markets and Hosted Commercial Markets.

This includes member connectivity, order matching, market data broadcasting.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging subjects to address new functional changes to existing applications, or support the launch of new applications. These initiatives are managed using Agile methodology.

By working in an agile team, the candidate will work together with the Business Analyst to analyze the requirements, work with other developers to define a technical solution and implement it and work together with Quality Assurance to support all testing activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Being interested in “Trading” Business
• Implementing new functionalities in the complex Trading components
• Redesigning of existing submodules of the applications
• Producing clear and accurate documentation relative to implemented code
• Actively contributing to continuous code improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• IT Engineer graduated with no or a few years of experience.
• Experience in one or several of the following languages: C, C++, Python, SQL, Bash, Shell
• Knowledge about Database design (relational or non-relational)
• Sound understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills & team work.
• A very good level of English is required.
• Knowledge in Agile is a plus.
• Experience working with Continuous Integration is a plus.
