Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar competences
• 3+ years working experience in a Linux environment
• Good command of the English language
• Understanding of the development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and teach others

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions according to requirements and assist new to feature development and bug fixing
• Work with a team of designers and programmers, to bring brand new concepts to market
• Estimate effort and track hours for assigned work
• Occasionally guide junior developers

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of software development
• Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of one server-side dynamic programming languages like Node.js (experience in more than one server-side programming language is valued)
• Knowledge of Web service protocols, e.g., HTTP
• Good understanding of API development and REST
• Experience with Git and Agile development
