Profile description:

Main Duties

·         Ability to architect, design, develop, test, document and maintain complex systems

·         Work closely with offshore teams and lead design sessions

·         Abilitiy to independently evaluate and propose framework/technologies that meet the business needs

·         Maintenance and development of Web Portal application in:

o   GWT 2.6

o   Java 1.7,

·         Good business knowledge of financial industry.

·         Must have experience in designing and developing highly scalable applications that will handle very large volumes of data globally.

Basic Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or engineering

·         6 +years of IT experience

·         3+ years hands-on experience with:

o   Core JAVA;

o   Spring;

o   J2EE frameworks,

o   UI frameworks (like Flex, JQuery, Ang-JS, GWT)

o   Knowledge scripting (Perl and Shell )

·         Methodology type waterfall

·         A few Maven and Spring are used but most of the tools are proprietary.

·         The development is done on a RedHat OS.
