Do you want to contribute to a new way of mobility?

We present you Aptiv, a multinational company in the automotive sector that are shaping the future of mobility. In order to improve and make mobility works in a safer and connected way they are looking for a SMT Lead Process. You will be responsible to provide technical leadership to continuous improvements of processes and projects involving SMT technologies and objectives; develop expertise in all elements of SMT bill of process (BoP) and development and improve SMT process documentation.​

We need your expertise in…

SMT equipment, materials and processes requirements, circuit board assembly industry standards, project management, green belt certification or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes. Should have good leadership skills, English proficiency (spoken and written) and willingness to travel (may be up to 25% of your work time). Academic background in Materials, Mechanical Engineer or similar.​
