Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Skype & Teams Support Engineer. Is that you?
Key Techs: 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
 - Experience using common troubleshooting tools
 - Domain of Microsoft Teams, M365 suite and Skype for Business products
 - Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls and protocols
 - Familiar with Active Directory, ADFS and Exchange experience
 - Knowledge of Voice communications and Skype for Business hybrid deployments.
 - Good knowledge of Cloud products
 - English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
 
 
Awesome to have: 
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
 - Experience in a customer facing support role
 - Good knowledge of Spanish, German, Italian, French, and Portuguese languages
