Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Skype & Teams Support Engineer. Is that you?

Key Techs:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience using common troubleshooting tools
  • Domain of Microsoft Teams, M365 suite and Skype for Business products
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls and protocols
  • Familiar with Active Directory, ADFS and Exchange experience
  • Knowledge of Voice communications and Skype for Business hybrid deployments.
  • Good knowledge of Cloud products
  • English and Portuguese (spoken and written)

 

Awesome to have:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Experience in a customer facing support role
  • Good knowledge of Spanish, German, Italian, French, and Portuguese languages
