Noesis is seeking an SRE, for that unique professional who thrives on solving problems and is excited about taking on new challenges. There is the need for a capacity to keep up with new technology and support of a transformation program. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective time management, and unbeatable customer service with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production applications for performance, assist in troubleshooting of application performance issues and produce adhoc reports.
• Design and develop solutions for monitoring and automation needs.
• Manage Rundeck instances and create jobs.
• Participate in continuous monitoring improvement process.
• Develop scripts in the context of automation and monitoring.

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of monitoring tools
• Understands measures, business transactions, custom sensors, user sessions etc.
• Knowledge of Python, Powershell, Bash etc in the context of implementing monitoring and automation.
• is valued experience with Automation and Orchestration tools (Rundeck, Ansible and Azure Automation).
• Complementary knowledge to perform the functions (knowledge of Linux environments, Microsoft Windows, Databases, Cloud, Virtualization, Microservices,Networking and RESTful API).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills also in English, Spanish is considered a Plus
