Minimum qualifications:

• +1 year of experience in a SRE or similar role
• Solid experience in software development on languages such as Java, C# or Python
• Experience on cloud computing with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge on CI/CD tools and workflow
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Leadership and mentorship skills, focused on the developer experience and performance
• Able to go from a technological idea or challenge to a solution, engaging the teams involved
• Team spirit
• Fluent or good knowledge of English
• Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Experience with Agile methodology with a good awareness of the concepts and practical experience
