We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health;
• Set up and maintain a complex landscape of monitoring solutions;
• Practice sustainable incident response;
• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to disaster recovery scenarios;
• Responsible for the postmortems process;
• Availability to do On-Call duties.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field involving Software/Systems Engineering or equivalent practical experience;
• SLI / SLO / "Service Capabilities" monitoring (mandatory);
• Experience with Actionable alert setup (such as Pagerduty) (mandatory);
• Experience with alert orchestration (mandatory);
• AWS Cloud knowledge (is a big plus);
• Minimal experience programming in at least one JVM-based language: Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, etc.;
• Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems;
• Ability to automate routine tasks;
• Docker and Kubernetes experience;
• CI/CD pipeline and their automation and optimization.
