Stefanini is hiring Portugal-based senior professionals experienced with ServiceNow development for a hybrid role, for a Lisbon based client, within the retail business sector, operating around the world.

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer you will develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application. You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application while adapting them to the customers’ business needs.

This role takes place on a diverse multidisciplinary team, where English is mandatory.

Work model: hybrid (on-site days at the Lisbon office + remote days).

Ideal profile:

• Ability to openly present own ideas;

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives;
• Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
• Helicopter view over development projects;
• Able to lead and coordinate team members; plan development cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application;
• Fix issues in ServiceNow modules;
• Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules;
• Writing of documentation and procedures/documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation;
• Implementing corrective actions;
• Handle upgrade processes, managing impact on pre-existing code;
• Backlog analysis, troubleshooting and optimizing;
• Coordinate and plan the platform evolution prospects;
• Interact with Product Owner, business teams and other internal stakeholders;

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience with ServiceNow development;
• Relevant experience in developing and integration of ServiceNow modules;
• Portuguese and English fluency;
• Experience with Service Portal framework;
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM;
• Experience with ITSM service catalog;
• Availability to travel;
