What skills do you need to have?

• +3 years of hands-on experience in the development, configuration, and administration of ServiceNow solutions;
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS;
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, user management, access control, workflows, UI customization, and catalog items;
• Experience in full stack development and integration of web services and APIs;
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management or custom apps and solutions on App Engine;
• BsC or MsC in Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least B2 english level.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Development & Configuration: Utilize your expertise to design and develop ServiceNow solutions, configuring the platform to meet business requirements effectively;
• Administration Mastery: Showcase your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow administration, managing user accounts, groups, roles, and access control lists (ACLs);
• Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using web services and APIs, enabling smooth data flow and enhanced functionality;
• Performance & Security Assurance: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of ServiceNow instances, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues;
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and team members, ensuring the efficient resolution of issues.
