Description

Experienced ServiceNow BA and Product Designer according the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering;
- 8+ years in software development and 5+ years experience in ServiceNow Service Management (ITSM, Custom Apps, HR);
- ITIL Certified and ServiceNow Certified;
- Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool;
- Experience implementing ServiceNow reports and dashboards, experience with Performance Analytics Module is a plus;
- Ability to write JavaScript code and AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal;
- Strong experience in requirement analysis, functional specification, user interviews, user workshops animation, prototyping and user tests organization;
- Analytical skills, Communication/Presentation skills, Open minded.
