As a result of a solid partnership between Randstad Technologies and one of our biggest clients, we are currently conducting a process for a ServiceDesk Coordinator - Control Center Coordinator.

For integration into the Support Team, we're looking for a ServiceDesk Coordinator, with relevant experience in this area.

What you will do:
- organizing a 24/7 operations of a 1st level control room for wind turbines;
- disciplinary responsibility for a team of operators;
- shift planing, training of the team, creation of work instruction, process optimisation;
- regular exchange with internal and external customers;
- service quality and escalation management;
- continuous reporting towards HQ located in German;
- development and integration of new 1st level services based on given targets;
- regular business trips.

requisitos/requirements
Skills:
- certified education with 5 years of experience;
- operational background with 1st level support/service desk experience;
- experience as a leader;
- a general good technical understanding is required;
- IT affinity or ITIL experience will be useful as a plus;
- profound english skills (spoken and written) are a must.
