We are now looking for a new Service Operations Analyst willing to accept new challenges, at the city of Porto!

Are you the one?

• Degree in Technology or Computer Engineering (or similar);
• Provide level 1/2 technical support across a broad range of technical disciplines;
• Experience in Applications, Network and Systems (Linux and Windows);
• Experience in database and information security;
• English fluency (mandatory);
• Availability to work by shift system in a 24/7 operation.
