What are you going to do:
We are looking for an Service Now Developer to integrate our teams in a bank project.
Job main activities:
• Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents, …);
• Integration developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc…);
• Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades ; incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams);
• Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides ; admin guide , etc …);
• Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints;
• Organisation of training sessions.
Technical / professional qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Very Good English knowledge.
• A proven strong experience in the implementation of a Service-Now solution;
• Service-NOW administration & development skills (JavaScript, Angular, …);
• ITIL V3 knowledge and implement;
• Powershell Scripting;
• Risk identification and follow-up;
• Coordination and motivation skills;
• Know how to delegate;
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
•Summarization capabilities;
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogue;
