We are looking for a Service Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- Expertise in service management (ITIL) and IT operations management;
- Technical training in IT technology infrastructure;
- Knowledge of the Cloud environment and principles (is a plus);
- Good ability to manage relationships with a large number of stakeholders;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Creative and innovative spirit;
- Fluency in English.
Main Responsabilities:
- Problem analysis and implementation of improvements;
- Monitoring results and reporting;
- Coordinate meetings for incident resolution;
- Using different RCA techniques;
- Coordinate special working groups to solve specific problems;
- Managing KPIs for the defined improvement areas.
