We are looking for Service Manager to integrate a project in Porto.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the quality and overseeing the management and compliance with the procedures, data models, policies, and technologies associated with the service management processes;
- Ensure that the service management processes are fit for purpose;
- Design service management processes aligning it with the business and industry best practices;
- Promote and strengthen adherence to the process and policies associated with Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.


We expect you to have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, Engineering or similar;
- Proven experience in Service Management;
- Proficient with Confluence and JIRA tools is a plus;
- ITIL certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
