Description

What are you going to do?

  • Document end-user experience metrics, identify and fill SAAS product gaps and create new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Build relationship and collaboration across all divisions and external business partners to expand the service vision
  • Support Service Owner to:
  • develop service options, pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer requirements and impact
  • Support Supplier teams to implement target solution on time to meet the project plan timeline and add-on deployments and scripting to meet business demands
  • Drive launch of the new service involving public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and effectively convey the message to the business units
  • Establish a platform to perform data management and present the needed data analytics
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding via social media channels and direct communications
  • Perform data management and enable reporting to measure compliance of the monitored services interrelated with the agreed SLAs of the Providers
  • Represent the End to End Monitoring and Reporting Service by visiting customers to solicit feedback on service, products and services
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
  • Document and report on effectiveness of this service and capture success stories for publication

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in computer science or similar;
  • Proven experience in a network administrator and/or technical manager role;
  • Analytical mindset to investigate / diagnose to isolate the root cause of customer complaints;
  • Ability to act professionally under pressur;
  • Experience and understanding of network infrastructure design related to public/hybrid cloud solutions, WAN, data center, and client-side LAN networks and their effects on application performance;
  • Proven work experience in service management or as a product manager;
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful service introduction throughout its lifecycle;
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the management and the customer base;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in an agile organization;
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills (English).
