Service Manager @ Inetum

Description

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Inetum Team and be part of work culture focused on innovation to bring value for our talents and our customers.

 

Do you have the capacity to prepare and validate reports of possible contracted services? And also manage and monitor incidents, requests and manage SLAs in constant communication with various interlocutors?

Profile:

  • +5 years of experience as Service Manager;
  • Strong knowledge in ITIL;
  • Experience with KPI and SLA management;
  • Knowledge of Ticketing tools;
  • Good spoken and written skills in English;
  • Good analytical skills; 
  • Attention to detail;
  • Driven to team work.
