Function: Service Manager (m/f)

Desired Skills and expertise:
•    Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
•    More than 5 years' experience in similar position;
•    Experience in Networking leadership, Transforming & execution leadership and Transformational leadership;
•    Knowledge of Change & stakeholder management;
•    Experience with Service delivery and quality management;
•    Infrastructure knowledge;
•    Experience with IT operations and operating systems;
•    ITIL knowledge (preferential);
•    Knowledge in Linux/Windows Server (preferential);
•    Fluency in French (preferential);
•    Fluency in English (mandatory).
