Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe.We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams!




Main Technical Requirements:

•Degree in Informatics Engineering, Management Informatics;
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems management in one or more areas of infrastructure: Microsoft, Linux, or Storage Systems;
•Minimum experience of 3 years in functions of Service / Delivery management;
•Experience in managing outsourced services in the areas of infrastructures, whether from the customer's or supplier's perspective;
•Experience of the ICT industry having participated in the design and implementation of technical solutions in the area of Infrastructures;
•Experience in the elaboration of technical components of specifications and, in the contract elaboration phase, in the interpretation and writing of technical contractual components typical of service provision contracts, within the defined scope;
•ITIL Certification is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Attention to detail, rigor and discipline, especially with regard to the financial control of managed services;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•High proficiency in English Verbal and Written communication.
