Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Ensuring SLA compliance and monitoring, and managing the evidence and necessary Reporting;
•Ensure the Management of Service Levels associated with Contracts.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services with skills in Service Management for Customer Portfolio Management in the Telco/IT's area;
•Solid experience with management and monitoring of Incidents and Service Requests.

Other Requirements:

•Fluent in English;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•EU citizenship
