Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
•Experience in managing outsourced services in the areas of infrastructures, whether from the customer's or supplier's perspective. Knowledge in agile software development methodology;
•Experience of the ICT industry having participated in the design and implementation of technical solutions in the area of Infrastructures;
•Experience in the elaboration of technical components of specifications and, in the contract elaboration phase, in the interpretation and writing of technical contractual components typical of service provision contracts, within the defined scope;
•Experience with CA Service Desk Manager, CA CMDB, CA Service Catalog, and CA Process Automation.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Experience in functional development;
•Good proficiency in English.
