Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Participation to Daily Stand-Up Meeting with Nearshore Team (Kanban dispatch of daily activities);
•Ticket Creation and Dispatching / Assignment based on requests received on our Service Mailbox;
•IT Monitoring and Daily / Weekly Communication;
•Level 1 Support (Incident resolution / Service Request follow up).
Main Technical Requirements:
•Experience in IT Service Desk, handling and dispatching incidents and requests related to a business information system;
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles;
•Hands-on experience of IT Service Management Tool (such as ServiceNow or JIRA).
Other Requirements:
•EU citizenship;
•Attention to detail, rigor and discipline;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•High proficiency in English and French Verbal and Written communication.
